Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in joining the KoKo Royale Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. Eligibility: To join the KoKo Royale Affiliate Program, you must complete the application form and be approved by our team. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1.2. Affiliate Account: Upon approval, you will receive access to an affiliate dashboard where you can track your performance, commissions, and payments.

2. Commission Structure

2.1. Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a [10%] commission on the net sale amount of each purchase made through their unique affiliate link.

2.2. Exclusions: Commissions are not paid on taxes, shipping, handling, returns, or refunds.

3. Cookie Duration

4. Payment Terms

5.2. Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates must disclose their relationship with KoKo Royale in accordance with FTC guidelines or other relevant regulations (e.g., “As an affiliate of KoKo Royale, I earn from qualifying purchases”).

5.3. Prohibited Practices: Affiliates are not allowed to:

• Use their affiliate links in spam emails or unauthorized advertising.
• Bid on KoKo Royale brand keywords in pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
• Promote KoKo Royale through coupon or discount sites without prior approval.
• Mislead customers about the nature of their affiliate relationship with KoKo Royale.

5.4. Approved Marketing Materials: Affiliates may use the marketing materials provided in the affiliate dashboard. Unauthorized use of KoKo Royale’s logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property is prohibited.

6. Affiliate Account Termination

6.1. Voluntary Termination: Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to KoKo Royale.

6.2. Involuntary Termination: KoKo Royale reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, violation of these terms, or any activity that could harm the reputation of KoKo Royale.

6.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the affiliate will no longer receive commissions for sales made after the termination date. Any outstanding commissions will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule.

7. Reporting and Tracking

7.1. Affiliate Dashboard: Affiliates will have access to a dashboard where they can monitor their clicks, sales, commissions, and payouts in real-time.

7.2. Accuracy of Reports: KoKo Royale strives to ensure accurate tracking and reporting but is not liable for any errors or discrepancies.

8. Modifications to the Program

8.1. Changes to Terms: KoKo Royale reserves the right to modify these terms, the commission structure, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes [15] days in advance.

8.2. Continuing Participation: Continued participation in the program after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. License: KoKo Royale grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its logos, trademarks, and other branding materials solely for promoting KoKo Royale products in accordance with these terms.

9.2. Restrictions: Affiliates may not modify or alter KoKo Royale’s branding materials in any way. Unauthorized use may result in termination of the affiliate account.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. No Warranty: KoKo Royale makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the affiliate program or any products sold through the program.

10.2. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless KoKo Royale and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the affiliate program.

11. Governing Law

11.1. Jurisdiction: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
